MoCRA requires Non-US-domestic Cosmetic Companies to engage a US Agent

For companies selling cosmetic products in the US market that are not resident in the US, MoCRA requires that such non-domestic cosmetics companies engage a US Agent to represent them in all interactions with the FDA including facility registration, product registration and Serious Advent Reporting.

The US Agent must be physically resident in the United States. A Post Office box is insufficient to establish US residency by the US Agent.
